E-CUBE Gel Electrophoresis Buffer and Reagents Kit – 15 Slots
The E-CUBE Gel Electrophoresis Buffer and Reagents Kit contains all necessary reagents for the analysis of nucleic acids, based on gel electrophoresis performed on the E-CUBE. 8 μl of the PCR product will be mixed with 3 μl of the new nucleic acid dye CUBE GREEN and 3 μl of the Loading Buffer. The sample can be loaded on the gel directly without any incubation time. For DNA standard preparation 2 μl of the DNA standrad will be mixed with 6 μl H2O, 3 μl CUBE GREEN and 3 μl Loading Buffer.
